Yes, turtles can have five-finger shrub in their enclosure as it can provide them with a natural and stimulating environment. The shrub can offer shade, hiding spots, and a source of food for the turtles. However, it's important to ensure that the shrub is non-toxic and safe for the turtles to consume, and that it doesn't overcrowd the enclosure or pose any potential hazards. Regular monitoring and maintenance of the shrub is also necessary to ensure the turtles' safety and well-being. **

It is important to listen to your body, vary your routine, and consult with a fitness professional to create a safe and effective training plan that aligns with your goals. **
